Co living for Veterans (San Diego County)

Hello, I have a list of veterans that are looking for a place to live in the San Diego County. The government is willing to offer more money than what you are asking for and the background checks would go through a government backed program as well called PATH, but you as the owner of the house would have final say on who can live there. We would be doing yearly leases, if someone moves out, you are still guaranteed the money that was agreed upon and they would have to give us at least a 30 days notice, but the spot would be filled due to the fact that a lot of these veterans just want a place to lay their heads at night with a fellow person who served.
